Affordable Prescription Drugs
Bill has first
hand experience with the needs of our nations elderly. His 92
year-old grandmother is in need of doctor care and prescription
drugs. Bill believes that all seniors should have access to the most
affordable, quality health care. He supports the right of seniors to
purchase their medication from the most affordable sources, even if
that means buying from Canada. He strongly supports commonsense
lawsuit reform that will reign in costs for doctors and patients.
Safer
America
Nothing is more
important than ensuring the safety of our families. Bill Spadea
supports anti-hijacking training for flight crews, stronger cockpit
doors on passenger airlines and law enforcement oversight of
screening procedures and areas. Bill also supports background checks
for security personnel, and increased inspection capabilities at our
ports. And Spadea will give our armed forces adequate resources to
safely accomplish their objectives.
Education
Good schools
begin with good teachers. Bill Spadea supports merit pay -- so good
teachers who inspire and motivate our children to excel are rewarded
for their work. He will fight in Washington to redirect money spent
on bureaucracy and red tape to the classroom.
